NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fourth Annual General Meeting of the International Feng Shui Association (IFSA) will be held at the Merrevale II, Level 3 of Gourmet Wing, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, 9 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189559, on Friday, 20th November 2009 at 5.00 pm to discuss the following business on the Agenda:-



AGENDA

1. To consider and, if approved, to adopt the President’s Report for the year ended 30th September 200p. (Appendix I)

2. To consider and, if approved, to adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 21st November 2008. (Appendix II)

3. To consider and, if approved, to adopt the Audited Accounts for the year ended 30th September 2009. (appendix III)

4. To re-appoint Messrs Robert Yam & Co. as Auditors of the Association and to authorize Management Committee (EXCO) to fix their remuneration.

5. Article 15 – Election of Office Bearers for the term 1st October 2009 to 30th September 2011:-

a. President

b. Vice President

c. 2nd Vice President

d. 3rd Vice President

e. Honorary Secretary

f. Honorary Treasurer

g. Five (5) Committee Members

6. To confer the title of Grand Master to two renowned feng shui practitioners

7. To transact any other business of which fourteen clear days’ notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary.
