IFSA Announcements : Accreditation scheme for the title of Master from IFSA

1. Objective

To set standards and give recognition to competent Feng Shui practitioners who possess the relevant knowledge and practical experience in the field of Feng Shui practice.

2. After Accreditation

Practitioners who meet the criteria will be awarded the title of “Master” and are permitted to use the initials AFSM (Accredited Feng Shui Master) and the logo of the International Feng Shui Association (IFSA) in their business.

3. Our Strength

IFSA is a reputable body with its management committee consisting of many world renowned practitioners and trainers with more than ten years of experience. The Association, with the backing of its Grand Masters, is in the best position to award the title of “Master”.

4. Eligibility

To qualify, the practitioner :
1. Must possess a relevant Feng Shui qualification from approved Feng Shui Schools / Academies.
2. Should have been practising or consulting for a minimum period of three (3) years.
3. Must be at least an Associate Member of the IFSA.

Feng Shui Schools / Academies currently endorsed by IFSA:
1. Way Academy (Singapore)
2. Singapore Feng Shui Centre (Singapore)
3. Raymond Lo Feng Shui & Destiny (Hong Kong)
4. Feng Shui Centre (Perth, Australia)

Any other equivalent Feng Shui Schools / Academies will be taken under consideration prior to qualification.


5. Assessment of Competence

Applicants must have their competence assessed through a professional review comprising of a formal interview by the accreditation committee of the IFSA.

6. Fees

An application for accreditation has to be accompanied by a fee of S$550.00, that is made up of a non-refundable processing fee of S$50.00 and S$500.00 for the application if successful.

7. Application

Application for accreditation has to be submitted by using Form AFSM.01 which can be downloaded from the IFSA website. Click here for the form.

8. Certificate of Accreditation

Upon successful accreditation, the practitioner will receive a Certificate of Accreditation from IFSA. Click here for a sample of the Certificate of Accreditation.

9. Retention of Title

Retention of the title AFSM will require continued membership with IFSA and will be subject to review by the IFSA. IFSA reserves the right to grant, refuse or remove accreditation from applicants at the discretion of the accreditation committee.
